Performance Marketing Specialist (contract)
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Create, customize, and set up advertisements (content, keywords, banners, target groups), including properly implementing tracking pixels and codes.
- Analyze campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau, refine strategies, and propose new campaigns based on insights.
- Coordinate with teams such as Marketing, Content, Sales, Renovation, and external vendors/agencies/KOLs to produce and tailor ad content that aligns with objectives, budget, and timelines.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas for creating content and communicating on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to boost engagement and target audience reach.
- Analyze market data, competitors, and customer behavior to define Key Selling Points and effective communication strategies.
- Monitor and report campaign results while adjusting marketing strategies to meet changing circumstances.
- Collaborate and consult with internal teams (e.g., PR, Digital Marketing, Corporate Branding) to ensure seamless execution of various tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing online ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ads).
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis, budget management, and forecasting/reporting results.
- Strong understanding and expertise in Social Media platforms and Media Channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Eager to learn and passionate about self-improvement.
- Flexible to work off-site and capable of performing well under time pressure.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
