3. Properties must provide at least 1 parking space. (For houses, parking must be available within the property. For condominiums, at least one designated parking spot is required, whether assigned or shared spot)

4. Condominiums where the property age is between 3 - 10 years, the room size must exceed 30 square meters.

5. Condominiums where the property age is between 11 - 15 years, the room size must exceed 50 square meters.

6. Condominiums where the property age is between 16 - 30 years, the room size must exceed 70 square meters.

7. Properties valued up to 30 million baht are eligible for purchase.

*Homerun Proptech. decline to purchase properties that are over 30 years old.

** Homerun Proptech. does not purchase “studio” type of properties, or the room size is smaller than 30 square meters.
