- Residential properties that can be sold to Homerun include twin houses, single detached houses (any sizes) and condominium units (70sq.m. and above). All properties must locate in the inner Bangkok* (see the list below). These properties can be either inside the gated community (from any property developers) or outside.
- Currently, we only consider properties are in the price range of 0-20M Baht/ unit per unit. Multiple adjacent units are welcomed.
- The inner Bangkok, where we currently extend our buying offers, includes the following subdistricts (in an alphabetical order):
