1.Guaranteed Purchase Agreement – Suitable for property owners who want to increase the value of their property through renovation without taking on the investment risk themselves, and who want a fixed sale schedule.
2.Joint Venture / Profit-Sharing Agreement – Suitable for property owners seeking maximum return from the sale after renovation. No renovation investment is required from the owner*, but the purchase is not guaranteed.
3.Broker-Assisted Sale – Suitable for owners who want to increase their sales channels through a network of over 500 brokers.
*Applicable if the property is sold within the timeframe specified by the company.
